Refund Policy

Deposit/Cancellation/Refund Policy

  • A €70 non-refundable deposit is required for all new patients at the time of booking to secure appointment which is credited towards final cost.
  •  Late Cancellation & Did Not Attend (DNA) – Deposits are non-refundable if patient cancels with less than 48 hrs notice or failure to attend appointment entirely (“DNA”).
  • Two Consecutive Cancellations / Reschedules (with notice) will require a €70 non-refundable deposit to schedule a further appointment – applicable to all patients, new & existing.
